CSC Home Loans commenced operations in the mid-1990s as a boutique broker and mortgage manager providing solutions to clients of Financial Planners. We are now distributed by various intermediaries such as Financial Planners, Accountants and Mortgage Consultants Australia wide who are all qualified loan writers or who refer the client to us directly.

Having approved in excess of $1,000,000,000 in mortgage loans, we pride ourselves on offering reliable turnaround times. Some loans, however, may take longer to approve.

The Managing Director of CSC is Neil Brett, who has been involved in Financial Services since 1987, both in Australia and overseas. Along with Neil, CSC Home Loans employs or contracts professional key personnel in areas including Underwriting, Administration, Accounting and Compliance Teams to ensure diligent and timely service.

CSC offers service and flexibility in its products. We offer a wide range of lending products, which allows us to tailor the right financial solution for each client. We have a large percentage of clients who existing clients have introduced based on previous experience and satisfaction.

We hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) 386887 and have done so since licencing was first introduced in Australia.
