CSC Home Loans commenced operations in the mid 1990’s initially as a boutique lender providing solutions to clients of Financial Planners. We are now distributed by various intermediaries such as Financial Planners, Accountants and Mortgage Consultants Australia wide who are all qualified loan writers or who refer the client to us directly.

Having approved in excess of $1,000,000,000 of Mortgage Loans we pride ourselves in offering accounts reliable turnaround times.

Managing Director of CSC is Neil Brett, who has been involved in Financial Services since 1987 both in Australia and overseas. Along with Neil CSC Home Loans employs Professional Key Personnel in areas including experienced Underwriters, Administration, Accounting and Compliance Teams to ensure efficient and timely service.

CSC offers service and flexibility in its products. We offer a wide range of lending Products allowing us to tailor the right Financial Solution for each client. We have a large percentage of clients who have been introduced by existing clients, based on previous experience and satisfaction.
